Information we collect
When you contact us. This website has no forms and no user accounts. If you message us on WhatsApp, call us or email us, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, location and the details of your request.
When you browse the website. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, also processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.
How we use your information
We use the details you send us only to reply to you, prepare quotes, carry out and support the work you ask for, and keep the records a business must keep. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
Sharing
We share information only when needed to provide our services, for example with a supplier or manufacturer to process a warranty, with service providers that help us run our business, or when the law requires it.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and job details for as long as we need them to support your installation and to meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We handle personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

Our pages link to other sites such as WhatsApp, Facebook and Google. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.
